Professional Training, Supervision and Support will be offered in helping EVERY Client to have a wage-earning job, based on ability, within the campus. The initial social enterprise business entity, fully custom designed to serve disabled adult employees will be a Aquaponics Greenhouse facility. Products will include multiple varieties, including heirlooms, of tomatoes, lettuce, gourmet mushrooms, herbs, flowers, foliage plants, and seasonal holiday products.
Under the direction of a professional staff, disabled adults will learn how to handle and plant tender young seedlings, water plants, harvest the produce, label, sticker and package the produce for retail sales, accompany delivery staff in a Client-Mentor partnership to local customers, and welcome guests during open house events, food festivals, culinary competitions, and seasonal fund-raising celebrations on campus.
